Awards we have received include: State of Indiana 2023 Outstanding Cattleman of the Year award The 2018 John Arnold Award for Rural Preservation sponsored by Indiana Landmarks and Indiana Farm Bureau. The 2015 Lawrence County Soil and Water Conservation "Farmer Of The Year". The 2011 State of Indiana's Hoosier Homestead Farm Sesquicentennial Award, presented by Becky Skillman, Indiana's Lieutenant Governor. The 2006 Lawrence County Cattlemen's Association Outstanding Cattleman. The 1996 Lawrence County Soil and Water Conservation Award of Merit for Exceptional Conservation Practices.
